Every project starts with a real, itemized quote — never a guess. Full white-glove engagements may be cost-plus, depending on scope, and that structure is confirmed at quote.

Defined consulting and owner's-representative engagements are $3,750 for the first 10 hours, then $375 per hour. Individual supply items are quoted per piece.

It depends entirely on scope. A feasibility study alone may take a few weeks; a full engagement can run months to over a year. Timelines are confirmed at quote, not promised before scope is known.
