About PRIMER
A development and delivery partner for projects that matter to a community.
PRIMER coordinates building projects from first idea to opening, for institutions, communities, nonprofits, and families.

A curated partner network
PRIMER does not pretend one firm can do everything well. Instead, it maintains a curated network of architects, designers, engineers, manufacturers, and licensed contractors, and matches the right specialists to each project — by building type, location, and scale.
PRIMER then stays accountable for coordinating the team it assembled.

Who we work with
Chabad houses, synagogues, schools, mikvahs, community centers, and nonprofits — plus residential clients. If a project needs a space to serve people well and a budget to be treated seriously, it fits.
